From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Vassy, a representative whose kindness, knowledge, and willingness to help truly made all the difference. Maryline was also pretty great too. Vassy went above and beyond, patiently answering all of my questions and provided detailed information about the facility, the app, and security features. His expertise and genuine care made the process smooth and stress-free. The facility itself is immaculate and well-maintained. And the environment feels incredibly safe, giving me peace of mind that my belongings are secure. Overall, my experience at Shurgard 19 Porte de Pantin was exceptional, thanks to Vassy's outstanding service. I highly recommend this one!
