I used AGS for a move from Annecy to Malaysia, and I ended up going through a nightmare: 1. The lightest boxes located in the master bedroom disappeared. They contained my wife’s handbags and, most importantly, our wedding and birth correspondence letters from family and friends. It seems that no investigation was ever conducted. 2. The packing team was reckless. They used our carpets to pack some furniture, resulting in our computer, cameras, and furniture ending up damaged. 3. The customer service located in South Africa is completely disorganized. Out of an estimated damage and loss of €20,000, it took them three months to come up with a proposal of €3,000. Another three months of discussions and complaints they increased the offer to 5,000, followed by yet another three months to receive a final payment of €8,000. We're still 60% short, not to mention the private correspondences. 4. I ended up going in person to the head office to explain that the lack of investigation and the nine-month delay in receiving only a third of the expected compensation is completely unacceptable. 5. They connected me to "Mr. Good Deal," an entity I suspect will provide an automated response to this comment, just like all the other customer complaints I’ve read about. I was offered an extra €500 as a "favor," which I gently turned down. I used AGS mainly because they’re French, but this was the second time I suffered from such service failure and poor management. I strongly suggest avoiding this company at all costs.

I used AGS from Qatar to Switzerland in 2023. It has been an utter disaster. It started well from the Doha office. The quote and the packing went smoothly. It’s after the packing that it all went wrong. We got asked to fill an inventory AFTER the packing so we had to do everything from memory. This is not easy when you move a whole house. (I did remember my Mac was there but it never arrived somehow it got lost and I never heard anything from the insurance claim they made me fill in. ) We mapped our move so our shipment would arrive at a similar time as us in Switzerland. The packing happened on May 27th. On May 31st we receive an email from the Rotterdam office stating that they would not be able to release our cargo before we got a document from the town we moved in. Which mean that we had to wait all in all an extra 8 weeks before our shipment could be delivered. Before delivery, I got asked to do some research on the road situation since our house is in the middle of mountain. However, i gave the address early June and only late september did they start asking questions about delivery arrangement and realised that up a mountain, roads can be really narrow. I had to do the research on the best route to take. so our shipment eventually arrived. with boxes missing. delivered to another customer. this took another few weeks to get sorted. When the last box arrived, I confirmed that my Mac was missing. i then reached out to the Doha and Rotterdam offices to enquire about the insurance that I paid for back in June, and how I could use it to claim the money back for my computer. we are by now late October. I have received a form that I filled in and sent back and since then i have not heard anything from either of them. this is really disappointing. we had a really good feeling from the survey and the efficiency of the packing, but then it went really wrong. I tried so many times to call that It felt at some point that the Rotterdam office was screening my calls. I cannot recommend this company in good conscience.

Le transport porte-à-porte d'AGS entre la France et Singapour a été impeccable. L'emballage était propre et soigné. L'ensemble de la cargaison est arrivé en parfait état. La communication avec Stella (AGS Singapour) et Mylan et Carine (AGS France Rhône-Alpes) a été fluide et précise. Les déballeurs étaient efficaces, soignés et connaissent parfaitement leur métier. Globalement, AGS est très professionnel.

Je vous recommande cette société. Une équipe de pro, vraiment, tant au niveau commercial, suivi du déménagement , emballage, bref tout. J'ai déménagé de Villeurbanne à la Réunion et tout c'est parfaitement passé. Toujours un interlocuteur au tel ou par mail pour répondre à vos questions, pour vous guider, du début à la fin. Je suis vraiment très satisfait de les avoir choisi. Et le prix est concurrentiel quand on voit les services rendus.

Notre déménagement de métropole vers l'ile de La Reunion s'est super bien passé avec la société AGS Déménagement. Que cela soit du depart avec l'agence de Lyon qu'à l'arrivée avec l'agence locale au Port, nos affaires personnelles et notre voitures ont été transportées sans encombre et sans dommage ! Et ceci en à peine en peu plus de 2 mois. Merci AGS et félicitations pour votre professionnalisme et service de qualité!

Très très Déçu !!!!!! Payer autant pour qu'au final ils ont gardé les 3/4 de nos affaires, soit disant il nous on tout livré.... mauvaise organisation !! Une grosse table en bois , chaise , vêtements, ponceuse, perceuses et j'en passe !!!!!!!!! Tout nos verres et assiettes cassés meuble aussi !!!!! Ils ont pris se qu'il voulait le reste ils ont gardé pour eux !!!! Ils ont jamais voulu nous rembourser !!!! Soit disant 1 mois pour que sa arrive sa a mis plus de 3 mois !!!!! Et la voiture est arrivée 6 mois plutard chargé avec une partie de nos affaires dedans mis n'importe comment !!!!!!!!!!! Je ne recommande vraiment pas, des menteurs !!!!!!!!!!!

Très mauvaise expérience avec AGS. A noter que l'équipe des salarié sur lyon est très sympatique et répond vite, surtout avant d'avoir signé le contrat^^, cependant il n'ont aucun levier sur le transport qui est géré par la logistique du groupe. On nous annonce un départ imminent du bateau début juin, on se dépeche de faire les colis, mi juillet nos affaires n'ont pas bougé. Les salariés ne peuvent rien faire de plus malgré plusieurs contacts. On écrit sur le mail du SAV aucune réponse bien sur. C'est les grand groupe ils s'en foutent de votre commande...il doivent remplir le conteneur avant de l'envoyer, donc si pas assez de clients, tu attends ad vitam...
